Driveway Sealing

Whether your driveway is poured concrete, interlocking brick or asphalt – the professionals at Dowling Property Services will make it look good-as-new. Our process starts with a complete pressure washing of the entire driveway. All weeds, dirt and debris will be removed from the surface.

In the case of interlocking brick driveway, all sand that has been removed from the cracks will be replaced. New, top-quality sand will be applied by hand and swept into place. The next step is to air-blow the surface to ensure a completely clean driveway.

Any adjoining surfaces such as grass or sidewalks will then be taped off and protected prior to the application of the asphalt sealant, or concrete/brick sealant of the highest commercial quality.

Finally, caution tape will be applied to the end of the driveway to ensure no vehicle traffic. The result will be a brand new looking driveway that will add significant curb appeal to your property.
